FieldOps AI helps organizations collect field updates from connected chat groups and generate daily operational reports. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to users.

We may collect account information such as name, email address, login provider identifiers, organization name, selected plan, report language, and connected group metadata. When an organization connects a Telegram group, FieldOps AI may process messages, photos, documents, receipts, voice notes, sender names, timestamps, and related metadata that are sent to the connected group.

How We Use Information

We use information to authenticate users, connect chat groups, process field updates, generate daily reports, store report history, improve reliability, prevent abuse, provide support, and operate the service.

Google Sign-In

If you sign in with Google, we use Google authentication data only to verify your identity and create or access your FieldOps AI account. We do not sell Google user data.

AI Processing

Field updates may be processed by AI services to extract structured work details and generate reports. AI processing is used to provide the product functionality requested by the organization.

Data Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with infrastructure, hosting, authentication, email, AI, storage, analytics, or payment providers only as needed to operate the service, comply with law, or protect the service.

Data Retention

We retain account, organization, chat, message, attachment, and report data for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Customers may request deletion by contacting us.

Security

We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Choices

You may stop using the service, disconnect chat groups, or request access, correction, or deletion of account data by contacting us.
