Refund Policy

FieldOps AI is a subscription software service for field reporting and manager dashboards. This policy explains how refunds and cancellations are handled.

Free Trial

Paid plans may include a 14-day free trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged for the subscription.

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, access to paid features may continue until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated during checkout or account management.

Refund Requests

If you believe you were charged in error or the service was not usable because of a confirmed FieldOps AI issue, contact us within 14 days of the charge. We will review the request and may issue a full or partial refund where appropriate.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are generally not provided for unused time in an active billing period, failure to cancel before renewal, or issues caused by third-party services outside our control, such as Telegram account access, customer device problems, or customer network issues.

Processing

Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method. The time for funds to appear depends on the payment provider, card network, and bank.
