Service

FieldOps AI helps organizations collect field updates from connected chat groups and generate daily operational reports. Features may change as the product develops.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate account and organization information.

Customer Data

You are responsible for the messages, attachments, and other data submitted through connected chat groups. You must have the rights and permissions needed to connect a group and process its content through FieldOps AI.

Acceptable Use

You may not use FieldOps AI to violate laws, infringe rights, upload malicious content, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service, or process data without proper authorization.

AI Output

Reports and extracted summaries may contain errors or omissions. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them for operational, financial, safety, or legal decisions.

Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The service may be updated, limited, suspended, or discontinued.

Fees

Paid plans, trials, limits, and billing terms are presented on the pricing page, in the product, or in a separate order process. You are responsible for any fees agreed to for your organization.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FieldOps AI is provided without warranties, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or create risk for the service or other users.
